German Comfort Trademark Registration (D)

With the Deutsche Komfort trademark application (D) you can obtain ten years of trademark protection in Germany.

You will also receive a comprehensive trademark search. This goes through several phases:

1. Identity search in the registers of European Community Trademarks, International Registrations and German trademarks for identical trademarks
2. Documentation of all word identical hits with complete register excerpt including graphics (if published)
3. Similarity search in the registers of European Community Trademarks, International Registrations and German trademarks for similar trademarks
4. Analysis of the results by your trademark attorney
5. Documentation of the results in the trademark search report

The trademark conquerors then register your trademark at the German Patent and Trademark Office in your name and obtain all necessary corrospondations for you (does not apply in case of threat of a registration rejection). You are the trademark owner.

As an option, you will receive a standard trademark monitoring from trademark application for Germany, the European Community and international trademarks with a search in the databases of German trademarks, European Community trademarks and international registrations by a search company. This includes the quarterly determination of identical and similar trademarks by a search company and evaluation by a lawyer. The monitoring can be terminated at any time.
