The power of attorney offered here is intended to enable our clients, especially in urgent cases, to download the power of attorney, print it out and send it to us signed – in original form. This saves postal delivery times.
You can download our power of attorney in PDF format here. Should you wish to instruct us with a new case, please send us your specific request in addition to the power of attorney. Please note that a written power of attorney is not necessary in all cases; of course, even if the power of attorney exists, we may only take such measures as have been agreed with our clients.
